SSC certificate Print Mistake Misprint
This is Sivaji.K ,completed 10th in the year 1999. Unfortunately my surname & my father name has been printed wrong on the SSC certificate. Can you please help me by giving the details of all the formalities that I should perform to change the surname & my father name. I have date of birth certificate given by registar of births & deaths.
